These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the uokk platform and all its services. By accessing the uokk.lat website or using any of its services, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms are written in Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered the definitive version.

Eligibility & Age Requirements

Account Registration

Single Account Policy
Each user may only open one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same person, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method is prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be closed and all bonuses and winnings may be cancelled.
Identity Verification
uokk may at any time, as part of the KYC process, request proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method. Failure to submit the required documents in a timely manner may result in the account being temporarily restricted.
Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing access to your account with any third party is strictly prohibited.

Deposit Rules
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).

Withdrawal Rules

Bonuses & Promotions

Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount. Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Before withdrawing bonus winnings, you must wager ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000.
General Bonus Terms
- A bonus may only be claimed once, unless stated otherwise in the promotional terms.
- The wagering requirements of a previous bonus must be met before claiming another bonus.
- Failure to meet the wagering requirements may result in the bonus and any winnings derived from it being cancelled.
- uokk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion without notice.
- If abuse of the bonus system is detected, the account may be closed.
VIP Program
uokk's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. You can advance to a higher tier through regular play. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.4% at Silver, 0.6% at Gold, and 0.8% at Platinum.
Gaming Policy
uokk is committed to ensuring fair play. All our games are operated by a Random Number Generator (RNG) system, which keeps every outcome completely random and unbiased.
Game Results
If any round is left incomplete due to a technical error or interruption during gameplay, the bet amount for that round will be refunded. Any incorrect winning amount displayed due to a software error will be considered void.
Betting Limits
Each game category has specific minimum and maximum betting limits, which are displayed when the game is opened. uokk reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.
Sports Betting

Prohibited Activities

- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
- Playing games using artificial intelligence, bots, or automated software.
- Abusing the bonus system — such as claiming the same bonus through multiple accounts.
- Attempting to influence game outcomes by coordinating with other players.

- Unauthorized use of another user's account information.
- Abusive or threatening behavior toward uokk staff.
If prohibited activity is detected, uokk may close the account and seize funds without notice.
Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, uokk will not be liable for the following:
- Losses caused by technical errors or internet connectivity issues.
- Errors by third-party service providers (payment providers, game developers).
- Losses resulting from unauthorized access where the user's own negligence is responsible.
- Financial losses resulting from the user's own gaming decisions.
- Losses due to platform unavailability during scheduled maintenance.

Account Closure
Closure at the User's Request
Any user may request to close their account at any time. It is recommended to fulfill all active bonus requirements and withdraw any available balance before making the request.
Closure at uokk's Initiative
uokk may close or temporarily suspend any account for the following reasons:
- Violation of these Terms.
- Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
- Opening an account with false information.
- Failure to complete KYC verification.
- Extended period of account inactivity.
